To be successful within this role, candidates must have excellent communication skills, multidiscipline collaboration experience, mission driven and willing in participating in preceptor ship responsibilities. The position offers: first shift and weekday hours only.

Service Area Size: Site location currently serving 9-counties in Northwest Ohio.
Practice Environment: Multi-discipline with 5 under one roof (Medical, Behavior Health, Oral Health, Pharmacy and Chiropractic Services as core services)
Practice Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
