Health Partners has a full service pharmacy on-site for your use. The pharmacy is owned by Health Partners and uses special purchasing to get medications cheaper.

Your medication costs can be reduced if you are uninsured. We can also bill your insurance plans for medications.

Free home delivery is offered to all patients within a 10 mile radius of the health center.

Health Partners offers meetings with our pharmacists for chronic illnesses and medication education. We want you to have a better understanding of why you are taking the medications, how they work with each other, and what side effects may occur. We make sure that you are on the right medication for YOU.

The pharmacists also help with cholesterol screenings, asthma management, diabetes classes and Hepatitic C care.
